The Annual 2018 Long Beach Zombie Fest will be held October 19-21, at the Rainbow Lagoon in Long Beach, California. Long Beach Zombie Fest scares up a hell of a good time in truly macabre fashion with an assortment of activities for the whole family to enjoy. Long Beach Zombie Fest takes the stress out of costume shopping by providing a team of killer Hollywood artists from Cinema Makeup School to turn you into a flesh-eating zombie. This service is completely free, too.

The Temple, Galaxia 🌋 For years I’ve wanted to come here and pay tribute to those I have loved and lost. I still wasn’t ready to feel so overwhelmed when I finally made it out. It was the early hours of the morning, still dark, and people were sharing headphones to listen to a piano from off in the distance. I immediately felt so connected and so emotional. I made it. I am here. I’m alive. I have survived everything up to this point. And even though some of the people I loved more than anything are no longer here, their love is still with me. And I’m so grateful for the ones who have been able to stay in my life and choose me every day. I came back to the temple multiple times, inculding once for sunrise. I am here. I am alive. And I am loved. Thank you to everyone who made this a possibility.

Bob’s Big Boy® Weekly Classic Car Show

Visit Bob’s Big Boy® in Burbank, CA for their weekly Classic Car Show – a throw back to the ’50’s.

Winner for 8/24 from @tracyberna ! #bobsbigboyburbank #fridaynightcarshow #neonlights #bobsbigboy

A post shared by Bob’s Big Boy® Burbank (@bobsbigboyburbank) on

In the early afternoon, a buzzy retro scene begins to unfold as car enthusiasts cruise in looking for prime spots where the tower sign’s red neon might reflect off their freshly polished hoods.

People say, “It’s American Grafitti come to life.” Big-block Chevy’s. Hot-rod Lincolns. Leave the Hybrid at home. Happy days are here again thanks to Bob’s Big Boy® and the Road Kings of Burbank.

Weekly cars shows are a slice of Americana, but no place does them quite like Bob’s Big Boy®, where the food is hot and the cars are hotter.

You’ll never know who or what you’re going to see. Brian Wilson, the genius behind the Beach Boys, showed up to take in the little deuce coupes he used to sing about. And Jay Leno, well he’s more than just a regular.

Come see why we’ve become the center of the car-crazed universe.

The Burbank Bob’s Big Boy was built in 1949 and is the oldest Bob’s Big Boy in the nation.  Famed British musical group The Beatles dined at the Burbank location during their 1965 U.S. Summer Tour. The “FAB 4” wanted to dine at a real American diner.  A plaque at the booth describes the event. You can even request to sit at the “Beatles Booth.”
