October 29th is “National Cat Day”

National Cat Day was created as an effort to bring attention to the number of homeless cats and to get them adopted into loving homes. So if this pulls at your heart strings, then it might be a sign to jump in and help.

“Adopt, not shop.” is the idea behind the creation of this holiday, but regardless of how your furry friends have come into your life, Oct. 29th is the day to celebrate!
